Job Description:

We need resources who are experienced on Services side of the business with Mavenlink Tool. We need a strong resource with business analyst/ solution architect skillset with services background for the Mavenlink project. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, streamline operations, and support the implementation and optimization of Salesforce CPQ and Mavenlink solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ and Mavenlink to meet business objectives
Provide insights and recommendations to improve system efficiency and performance
Lead testing, training, and user support to ensure adoption and success
Monitor system integrations and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Requirements:

Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ and Mavenlink
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
