Requirements:
Collaborate, gather & Drive regional initiatives for Installed Base (IB) management
Work with EMEA/APAC Teams to undertake IB management
Analyze the IB, providing insights to Technical, Service Commercial (inside sales) and Commercial stakeholders
Work through complex systems/ERP & Power BI reports, assist with data accuracy for deep dive analysis
Use data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present insights to stakeholders
Understand and analyze the products, market, competition, and emerging customer needs specific to the Greater Asia region
Work directly with Partners & Commercial Excellence team to drive projects
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction (NPS) and operational efficiency
Co-Create Field Action plan with Global and EMEA/APAC Field Action teams
Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to ensure country plans, installed base info is accurate
Provide meaningful insight to QA teams for data accuracy
Coordinate with SME for ordering kits, tools, training & relevant materials
Work directly with Partners/customers to ensure FA information accuracy & clear understanding of actions needed
Ensure partners engineers are providing regular updates as per FA timelines
Work with Global FA teams & SME for regular updates, on time execution, closure & reimbursement / cross charges
Ensure that prices for spare parts and contractual or ad hoc service offering are coordinated within the region
Supervise & control of local (workshops and car stocks) spare part inventory to optimize inventory value
Ensure efficient and effective customer experience, Enhance customer service level and TS productivity through monitoring of service spares support with KPIs
To collaborate closely with service providers, service distributors and/or self-service customers to ensure optimum inventory, parts planning/management, EOS planning & execution
Work with global team on key initiatives, projects to improve spare parts planning, management & execution
Be key contributor for region to voice out market dynamics, key requirements and be part of project team for transformation projects
Provide timely reporting, analysis and identify improvement areas to TS management
