The project focuses on rethinking and rebuilding a public transport scheduling system from the ground up. The platform enables transit agencies to create optimized schedules by managing vehicles, stops, and routes, while also incorporating labor contracts, legal constraints, and driver preferences. The work is carried out in close collaboration with client-side Product Owners and cross-functional teams, with strong emphasis on requirements analysis, structuring complex domains, and translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to elicit business, user, functional, and non-functional requirements
Create and structure user stories for the Requirements & Analysis phase
Decompose and organize scope into clear, manageable deliverables
Review, validate, and refine existing requirements
Perform gap analysis and identify missing or inconsistent requirements
Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
Work closely with development teams to ensure correct implementation
Present and explain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Maintain clear documentation and support effective knowledge transfer
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar product-focused role
Proven experience working directly with client-side Product Owners in Agile environments
Strong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
Hands-on experience with Jira (backlog management, task tracking)
Proficiency with Confluence for documentation and collaboration
Understanding of HTML/CSS and Angular for effective communication with developers
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills
Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
English level: B1+ (Intermediate) or higher
