Job Responsibility:
Conduct structured interviews with Portfolio Manager SMEs, people leaders, and cross‑functional partners
Review existing documentation, SOPs, team artifacts, and role expectations
Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or undocumented responsibilities across the three group
Build comprehensive role profiles for all three groups, including: Core responsibilities/capabilities
Key workflows and process ownership
Key tools and systems used
Decision rights / authority levels
Cross‑functional dependencies
Document “day‑in‑the‑life” scenarios and workflow breakdowns for practical context
Create clear, structured, repeatable templates to enable future role documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a similar role
Experience working on projects, particularly in process improvement, data analysis, or operational optimization
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools
