We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to connect IT and business teams, focusing on the enhancement of digital products, insurance platforms, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering requirements, supporting Agile development, and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within the insurance or financial services sector.
Job Responsibility:
Translate business needs into functional specifications for digital improvements, new products, or incident resolutions
Assess and refine business processes and IT systems, especially within customer experience or agency tech divisions, to boost performance
Manage the full UAT process, including test case creation, defect tracking, and post-deployment checks
Work closely with both business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment on project objectives
Lead small digital projects and provide support for core insurance systems
Requirements:
1-3 years in business analysis, ideally in insurance, financial services, or consulting
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities
