Job Description:

The Business Analyst role at Defence Housing Australia (DHA) involves defining new business processes and documenting business requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Operate effectively in a new environment to define business rules, processes and requirements
Identify key changes that must be made to facilitate transition to the new processes, including legislative, policy or contractual changes
Identify key benefits to be achieved by the new processes
Support activities including workshop facilitation, stakeholder interviews and deliver engaging presentations
Analyse, interpret and compose business rules and requirements into technical documents

Requirements:

Australian Citizen ONLY
Must be able to obtain Baseline clearance
Excellent presentation, verbal communication, workshop facilitation and writing skills
Experience in business analysis, human-centered design and the ability to apply critical thinking to deconstruct problems
A strong ability to apply business analysis tools and techniques such as high level and detailed requirements, process maps, user stories, use cases, and visual models
