Myticas Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise technology initiative for our client in the financial services sector. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements, support software implementation projects, facilitate workshops, and contribute to successful solution delivery.
Job Responsibility
Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
Support solution design and implementation activities
Execute and document system and user acceptance testing
Assist with end-user training and adoption activities
Track project milestones, deliverables, and implementation progress
Develop and report on project performance metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
University degree or College diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience
Minimum 5 years supporting enterprise IT software implementation projects
Strong experience gathering and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements
Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting testing activities
Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
Business process analysis and process improvement experience
Experience with Microsoft Azure Services
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Experience working within large enterprise or regulated environments
