We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to turn business needs into clear, testable solutions. You will work across functions (e.g., Operations, Sales/Commercial, HR, Customer Service, Finance, IT) to elicit requirements, map processes, shape delivery with development and vendor teams, and support go-live and transition to BAU. The role combines analysis, documentation, testing support, and strong stakeholder communication. Your first engagement will support Finance automation and service readiness. While Finance is the initial focus, this is a cross-functional BA role and future assignments will span other business areas. Partner with Finance stakeholders to clarify pain points and define success criteria for targeted improvements. Document as-is/to-be flows and controls; ensure handover/runbooks and knowledge articles for BAU. Support UAT and hypercare, ensuring incidents/requests are handled within SLAs.
Job Responsibility:
Elicit business and user requirements through workshops, interviews, and document/data analysis
Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria and/or functional specifications
Map as-is and to-be processes, highlight gaps, risks, and opportunities for simplification and automation
Perform gap analysis on existing systems and propose solution options with pros/cons and assumptions
Collaborate with development/vendor teams to refine solution design and manage changes
Plan and coordinate UAT: create test scenarios/cases, support defect triage and re-test, and maintain traceability
Contribute to service readiness: runbooks, support flows, and Knowledge Base articles
ensure smooth transition to BAU
Investigate incidents and service requests in test environments
retain ownership through to resolution and clear stakeholder communication
Create concise user guides and how-to materials
deliver or coordinate training as needed
Feed continuous improvement ideas and data-driven insights into the backlog

Pragmatic, ethical use of AI to speed up analysis and documentation while maintaining human oversight
Requirements:
3–5 years of Business Analysis experience delivering process and/or systems change
Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills: user stories, acceptance criteria, clear Business and Functional Requirements Documentation, with experience managing Requirement traceability matrix
Proficiency in process mapping (BPMN) and diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart, we use Miro)
Solid testing knowledge (UAT planning/execution, defect triage) and validation against specifications
Stakeholder engagement and customer service mindset
able to manage expectations and communicate clearly across business and IT
Effective personal management: able to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
Working knowledge of SDLC/Agile concepts
experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence)
Working knowledge of basic IT concepts: integrations/APIs, data formats (CSV/JSON/XML), environments, and access/permissions
Comfort using AI assistants (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) to accelerate drafting/summarisation and a disciplined approach to verifying outputs
Nice to have:
Experience in one or domains such as Operations or Finance
ITSM exposure (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) and ITIL Foundation concepts (incident, request, problem, change)
Process mining or discovery techniques/tools
Experience with Copilot Studio or building domain-specific copilots
awareness of prompts, grounding/RAG, and data privacy controls
