We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our GTM team. You’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our Go-to-Market teams with data-driven insights that fuel growth, efficiency, and innovation.
Job Responsibility:
Defining KPIs and measuring them for the GTM different groups (Marketing, Sales, and Partners) to track performance and drive strategic initiatives
Building reports, dashboards, and metrics to deliver actionable insights
Serving as an analytics focal point, working closely with a wide range of cross-functional teams
Identifying and automating manual or repetitive processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across analytics workflows
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategic insights
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI (we use Tableau)
Proficiency in SQL
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
High level of independence and self-motivation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst or similar role
BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Nice to have:
Experience with Salesforce
Experience in modeling data tables and building scalable data models
