Business Analyst

• Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Create business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, and business process flows
• Act as a liaison between business users and the development team to ensure accurate understanding of requirements
• Work closely with the QA team to support testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Monitor project progress and propose improvements when necessary
• Ensure all documentation is clear, well-structured, and consistently updated throughout the project lifecycle

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in the manufacturing domain
• Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in system analysis and solution design
• Familiarity with databases and API integrations
• Experience in system integration projects
• Proficiency in software development methodologies: Agile and Waterfall
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities
• Good stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Team-oriented with the ability to work efficiently with different departments

Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry

• Salary package: 14 months’ salary/year + project bonus (if any)
