Join Barclays as a Business Analyst where you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering a high-profile wholesale lending transformation. As part of the Loan IQ Project, you’ll sit within the technology BA space while evolving toward a more functional, end-to-end role, working closely with the business to define, challenge, and refine requirements, translate them into clear user stories, and support delivery from concept through to implementation. You’ll get exposure far beyond pure technology, spanning process design, stakeholder management, and elements of delivery ownership.
