Job Description

The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives by deeply analyzing organizational challenges and identifying process inefficiencies. This position goes beyond traditional requirements gathering, often taking on product owner-like responsibilities such as defining features and prioritizing development efforts. The Business Analyst works collaboratively across teams to ensure strategic alignment with business objectives, promote agility, and help tech leaders achieve continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze business processes and organizational challenges to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
  • Engage stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, workflows, and use cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including PMOs and project managers) to drive successful digital transformation projects—from cloud migration to AI integration
  • Prioritize features and development efforts in product owner-like capacities, promoting innovation and strategic value
  • Utilize data analysis and reporting to measure project success, ROI, and support informed decision-making
  • Promote agile project management practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe®) and iterative delivery, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Liaise between technical and non-technical teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and implemented
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops or meetings to support project objectives and stakeholder engagement

  • Proven experience in business analysis within technology-driven environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • adept at interpreting data and generating actionable insights
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe®)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to connect strategic planning with technical execution, ensuring projects deliver value and meet objectives
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • experience with tools such as PowerBI, SQL, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Experience working on digital transformation projects (such as cloud migration, AI integration) is highly desirable
