Support executive leadership by delivering data-driven insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations. This role bridges strategy, operations, and analytics—helping the CEO, Chief of Staff, and senior leaders make informed decisions and drive organizational effectiveness.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with the Chief of Staff to support CEO and leadership priorities
Analyze business performance, operational metrics, and strategic initiatives
Prepare executive-ready dashboards, reports, and presentations
Support planning cycles, OKRs, KPIs, and company-wide initiatives
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple business functions
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance
Conduct financial, operational, and market analysis as required
Develop business cases and scenario analyses for strategic decisions
Work with teams across finance, operations, product, HR, and sales
Translate business needs into analytical insights and recommendations
Track progress of cross-functional initiatives and executive action items
Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Help standardize reporting and decision-making frameworks
Support ad hoc strategic projects led by the Chief of Staff or CEO
Assist with board materials, investor updates, and leadership communications
Perform research and analysis to support executive-level decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or similar role
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear executive insights
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Background in consulting, strategy, corporate analytics, or operations
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or cross-functional environments
Familiarity with performance management frameworks (OKRs, KPIs)
Fluent in English
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work flexible hours when required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision
