Job Description:

We are searching for a Business Analyst to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This role involves providing support and training to software systems, acting as a liaison between the information systems group and other departments, assisting in the testing of system updates, enhancements, and interfaces, and providing PC support to other departments. As a Business Analyst, you are expected to support the implementation of projects or be part of a product team, with future efforts focused on Microsoft Azure / D365.

Job Responsibility:

Build and maintain relationships with corporate stakeholders
Perform requirements gathering and clarifications
Collaborate with implementation partners
Work with internal staff to implement functions and features
Develop a thorough understanding of business needs
Coordinate with technical team and business stakeholders
Function as a subject matter expert
Design and develop BI reports and dashboards
Manage data sets
Ensure accuracy and reliability of data

Requirements:

Proficient in business analysis
Excellent communication skills
Experience with documentation processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong research skills
Experience with database management and design
Knowledge of project management principles
Proficient in designing and implementing business strategies
Experience with logistics
Expertise in system implementation and automation
Knowledge of SQL and other database query languages
Strong data analysis skills
Understanding of quality assurance (QA) processes
Experience with system integration and warehousing
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies

Nice to have:

Ability to train and guide other team members
Experience in process optimization and improvement
Ability to collaborate with partners to achieve business objectives
