Business Analyst

• Gather business and system requirements from the client
• Create Requirement specifications, User Stories
• Create workflow charts, diagrams, and wireframes for complex UCs (if needed)
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions
• gathering information
• evaluating output requirements and formats
• Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
• Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
• Transfer requirements, knowledge to Development Team
• Assist PM with project scope, estimation, and planning
• Work with all stakeholders to make sure all requirements of the system are fulfilled

• Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher, with good communication skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas between technical teams and clients
• Experience working with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and UI/UX Designers
• Ability to work effectively in teams, resolve conflicts, and negotiate requirements with clients
• Preferably familiar with software development, SDLC (Software Development LifeCycle) models such as Agile/Scrum and Waterfall
• Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Redmine, or similar
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, Databases, and Cloud Services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Communicator, or in a similar role
• Previous experience in software development projects for the Japanese market
• Understanding of business analysis processes and user requirement analysis
• Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and modeling requirements using Use Case, User Story, UML, and Wireframes (Priority)
• Experienced in writing documentation such as SRS (Software Requirement Specification), BRD (Business Requirement Document), and FRS (Functional Requirement Specification). (Priority)

Knowledge of SQL, APIs, Databases, and Cloud Services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
