Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to define business needs and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and functional requirements
Agile Delivery: Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Help prioritize work and ensure timely delivery
Solution Design: Partner with technical teams to design scalable and user-centric solutions. Assist in prototyping and roadmap development
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency through technology and automation
Production Support: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution efforts to ensure stability and minimal downtime
Incident Management: Track, document, and resolve incidents while contributing to continuous improvement efforts
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Testing & Validation: Support testing efforts by developing test scenarios and validating solutions against business requirements

Requirements
5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
Strong experience gathering and translating requirements into user stories and functional documentation
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
Financial services industry experience is a plus, but not required
Customer, agent, employee web PORTAL experience would be huge plus
