Job Description:

The Adult Transformation Team is looking for a full-time Business Analyst on 18 months fixed term contract. This role is central to supporting the delivery of aims and objectives within our People Experience portfolio and the delivery of our new Target Operating Model across Adult Social Care.

Job Responsibility:

Analysing and interpreting performance and feedback data to inform decision-making and drive improvements
Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
Turning complex information into actionable insights and compelling stories that support transformation
Supporting the delivery of aims and objectives within the People Experience portfolio and the delivery of the new Target Operating Model across Adult Social Care

Requirements:

Proven experience in process and data management, governance and analysis
Highly organised and solutions-focused individual with a passion for using data and information to drive meaningful change in Adult Social Care
Strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach
Ability to turn complex information into clear insights that support strategic decision-making
Right to work that enables commitment to at least 6 months employment
