Job Description:

Receiving, surveying, collecting requests from customers according to the development requirements of the project, analyzing requirements and data, describing business processes, use cases, scenarios, analyzing operations to make business, interface and feature requirements. Designing data models, creating mockups or prototypes for projects. Drafting and completing business documents. Coordinate with customers to take over the system. Market research, competitors; propose the development of new features; planning to deploy new features. Participate in research, explore solutions and apply technology to the project.

Job Responsibility:

Designing data models, creating mockups or prototypes for projects
Drafting and completing business documents
Coordinate with customers to take over the system
Market research, competitors

Participate in research, explore solutions and apply technology to the project

Requirements:

Good analytical ability and logical thinking
At least 1 year of Business Analyst experience or equivalent position
Having knowledge and experience in developing software in Agile model, orienting and designing based on characteristics, functional requirements, performance, and user experience

Nice to have:

Having in-depth knowledge about customer experience analysis
Having in-depth knowledge about system analysis and design
