Job Description:

As part of the Business Navigation team, the role focuses on driving financial performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting, providing financial and business analysis, managing administrative and procurement tasks, and ensuring compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Support business plan, budget, and forecast process
lead monthly and annual closing procedures ensuring compliance
monitor and analyze key financial KPIs
provide dynamic business reports and dashboards for decision-making
collaborate with sales and commercial teams for performance insights
oversee invoice management and procurement compliance
coordinate administrative tasks
support contract reviews and procurement cost-effectiveness
ensure adherence to audit requirements
train and support co-workers in interpreting financial tools.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of strong FP&A experience
globally recognized professional accounting qualification preferred (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
strong communication skills
ability to influence and galvanize others
process driven with excellent analytical capability and critical thinking skills
meticulous attention to detail
strong interpersonal skills
experience in ERP or financial reporting systems like TM1, MVBC, Qilkview
retail experience contributing to the business including weekends, public holidays, and on rotating shifts.
