The role will be part of the Asset Performance Management team.
Job Responsibility:
Support business decision-making related to the asset management of photovoltaic (PV) power plants, including performance monitoring, availability, and operational efficiency
Provide analytical support for the RES auction system, including data analysis, performance tracking, and optimization strategies
Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards and management reports using Power BI
Deliver ad-hoc analytical insights related to renewable energy assets, market performance, and operational metrics
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across dashboards and reports, including validation of source data and KPI logic
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Asset Management, Revenue Management, Finance and Commercialisation teams
Requirements:
Proven experience in Business Analytics (experience in the energy or renewables sector is an advantage but not mandatory)
Strong interest in and/or willingness to learn about the energy and renewables market
Excellent Excel skills
Power BI (or equivalent BI tools) proficiency at least at an intermediate level
Hands-on experience in building automated dashboards, KPI reports, and management summaries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets
Very good communication skills, especially when explaining analytical or technical topics to business stakeholders
High attention to detail, independence, and strong ownership of analytical outputs
Nice to have:
Experience with at least one data querying or programming tool, such as Power Query, SQL, Python, or similar
Familiarity with data automation, ETL processes, or large datasets
