Business Analyst

• Analyze, validate, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and business rules from stakeholders within the business and from external vendors
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, process flows, and system configuration requirements, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and technical solution design
• Lead and manage project workstreams related to data integration, system configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and training for new systems
• Develop, manage, and oversee data integration and mapping processes from various source systems to the new SaaS platforms, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and quality
• Partner with technical teams and vendors throughout the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), contributing to system configuration and ensuring it meets defined business requirements
• Facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and manage communication effectively with business users, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure shared understanding and alignment
• Support change management initiatives by contributing to the development of training materials, delivering training to end-users, and providing post-implementation support to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes
• Manage specific project workstreams related to business analysis and system deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Act as a subject matter expert on the functional aspects of the implemented commercial systems and their impact on business operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
• Proven knowledge and experience in data integration, data mapping, and working with complex datasets
• Strong understanding of commercial data and/or merchandising planning processes within the retail industry
• Prior system implementation experience in Promotion/Pricing optimization, Planogram solutions, or Assortment planning tools is a significant advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Prior system implementation experience in Promotion/Pricing optimization, Planogram solutions, or Assortment planning tools
