Job Description:

Seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join an organization in the retail space. This role will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across all business units. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with report writing and will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing) to gather and document business requirements
Analyze datasets using SQL and other tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support business decision-making
Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Work with ERP systems to extract and integrate data for reporting and analysis
Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and compelling manner
Continuously improve reporting processes and data visualization standards
Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the retail industry
Proficiency in Power BI and SQL is required
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
Strong understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and business process flows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
