Job Responsibility
Lead requirements gathering and documentation for complex motor claims initiatives, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution
Create comprehensive 'Use Case Packs' for AI and automation, including problem statements, process flows, and non-functional requirements (with a heavy focus on data quality, controls, and explainability)
Lead and facilitate workshops with large, cross-functional groups to resolve contention, drive consensus, and navigate project ambiguity
Act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical squads, translating complex needs into functional specs and interpreting technical terminology for business leaders
Manage the pathway to delivery by ensuring all solutions meet rigorous success measures and delivery readiness criteria for production
Support the program's testing lifecycle and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services, with a strong preference for General Insurance
Proven experience across business and tech transformation, application development, and process re-design-ideally with exposure to risk and regulatory projects
Prior experience gathering requirements for AI, Advanced Analytics, or Automation solutions in complex, regulated environments
The ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels, particularly in resolving conflicting requirements across a large program of work
A 'business-focused' mindset combined with the technical depth to perform functional and technical analysis
