Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support the accelerated capture of HR and Pay requirements within a Government of Canada environment. The role will focus on documenting current and future state processes across key HR functional areas.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct workshops, interviews, and working sessions with HR stakeholders
Document current-state HR and Pay processes
Capture and define future-state requirements aligned to transformation goals
Develop and maintain structured, traceable functional and non-functional requirements
Build and manage Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
Manage requirement changes, including version control and impact analysis
Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution teams
Requirements:
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in HR/Pay domains
Experience within Government of Canada or similar public sector environments preferred
Knowledge of HR functional areas (Core HR, compensation, workforce planning, reporting)
Experience developing RTMs and managing requirements lifecycle
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
