Job Description:

RailsCarma is looking for a passionate Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Not only will you have the chance to make your mark as an established Business Analyst, but you will also get to work and interact with deeply committed seasoned professionals.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with sales teams and other presales resources, providing multi-vertical industry expertise, and support throughout the sales cycle
Responsible for requirement gathering, documentation and preparation of proposals and estimation
Interact with the client & development team and also help them to understand the technical aspects of the solution
Discuss with Development team and Participate in all processes from user requirements to application development, testing and UAT
Works independently and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development
Should work with Project Managers/Tech Leads to articulate risks, issues, needs and proposed solutions
Should produce Statement of Work (SOWs) for the solutions that are being suggested

Requirements:

4+ years of overall experience
Good experience in Wireframe, Preparation of Proposals and Estimation
Should have sound technical knowledge in Mobile & Web application development
Should have experience in analysis of functional requirements and prepare cost and effort estimation with the development team
End to end knowledge of SDLC development methodologies
Should be a team player
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
