Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with proven experience in conducting Discovery Phases, particularly for outsourced clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding client needs, identifying competitors, and building a detailed Feature Breakdown List that lays the foundation for the project’s scope.

Requirements:

Proven experience in conducting Discovery Phases for outsourced clients
Expertise in market research and the ability to identify direct competitors and analyze their core features
Strong knowledge in identifying user roles and building user role matrices
Experience creating feature breakdown lists based on client and market research
Ability to provide accurate estimates for creating functional requirements
Skilled in identifying client needs and providing proactive advice, especially when the client is unsure or unclear about their requirements
Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+)

Nice to have:

Experience working in diverse industries (E-commerce, Fintech, Edtech, etc) and with international clients
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
