Business Analyst

• Conduct research, collect data, and build structured analyses that support client decision-making
• Translate complex data into clear insights, narratives and recommendations
• Present findings to internal teams and client stakeholders in clear, concise formats
• Support workshops, working sessions and interviews with senior leaders
• Contribute to thought leadership, internal problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Support the growth of the Strategy in Action ecosystem, including product feedback and experimentation with AI-driven tools
• Work in a non-hierarchical, collaborative environment with direct access to senior leaders
• Travel occasionally across Europe and beyond based on project requirements

• A degree in a quantitative, analytical or business-related field (e.g., Economics, Management, Engineering, STEM). A Master’s is a plus but not required - strong Bachelor’s candidates with relevant work experience are equally encouraged to apply
• A track record of strong academic performance (typically 2:1 or above, or international equivalent)
• 0.5–2 years of relevant experience (consulting, strategy, analytics, PMO, finance, start-up roles)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and structured thinking
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (other analytical tools are a plus)
• Fluency in English
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Curious, humble, and eager to learn
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
