We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing business processes, enhancing customer service operations, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct detailed business analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with call center teams to enhance customer service operations and streamline workflows
  • Review and analyze documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards
  • Work within Agile Scrum frameworks to prioritize tasks and deliver projects efficiently
  • Perform gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current and desired business processes
  • Utilize tools such as BlackLine to support financial reconciliation and reporting activities
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across various departments
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports to track progress and measure success
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and address challenges
  • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, preferably within the retail industry
  • Strong knowledge of call center operations and customer service strategies
  • Expertise in reviewing and analyzing documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and ability to work in iterative cycles
  • Proficiency in conducting gap analyses to support process improvement
  • Hands-on experience with BlackLine or similar financial tools
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and report presentation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
