Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Watertown, Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with expertise in Salesforce and project coordination. The ideal candidate will excel at working cross-functionally, building user stories, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop detailed user stories to support Salesforce enhancements and modifications
  • Analyze and validate data, addressing decision trees and related inquiries
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including roadshows to facilitate project communication
  • Track and manage action items arising from collaborative sessions with stakeholders
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Review and organize documentation to support decision-making processes
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive project success
  • Provide support in customer service initiatives, particularly in call center environments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise
  • Strong project management skills, including meeting coordination and tracking progress
  • Ability to create detailed user stories and technical documentation
  • Proficiency in data validation and analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Experience in gap analysis and identifying business improvement opportunities
  • Familiarity with call center operations and customer service best practices
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
