We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Watertown, Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with expertise in Salesforce and project coordination. The ideal candidate will excel at working cross-functionally, building user stories, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Job Responsibility:
Develop detailed user stories to support Salesforce enhancements and modifications
Analyze and validate data, addressing decision trees and related inquiries
Coordinate and schedule meetings, including roadshows to facilitate project communication
Track and manage action items arising from collaborative sessions with stakeholders
Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with business needs
Review and organize documentation to support decision-making processes
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive project success
Provide support in customer service initiatives, particularly in call center environments
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise
Strong project management skills, including meeting coordination and tracking progress
Ability to create detailed user stories and technical documentation
Proficiency in data validation and analysis
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Experience in gap analysis and identifying business improvement opportunities
Familiarity with call center operations and customer service best practices
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
