Manage daily customer data updates and account records within enterprise platforms
Coordinate with master data partners and district teams to ensure customer and account details remain aligned across multiple internal systems
Prepare recurring reports for field leadership, including workload summaries, service activity results, and coverage analyses
Support territory and field alignment updates by working with internal stakeholders to reflect organizational changes accurately
Respond to ad hoc data requests by gathering, organizing, and delivering meaningful information
Analyze customer and business data to identify inconsistencies, recommend improvements, and promote stronger data quality standards
Build productive relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, sales operations, finance, marketing, digital solutions, and shared services
Assist account managers, installation teams, and other internal partners by helping maintain reliable customer setup information
Contribute to customer support efforts by helping the business sustain positive service experiences for both existing accounts and newly added customers
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call center support, or a business environment that requires strong attention to detail
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
Proven ability to organize work, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and detail in data-related tasks
Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
Experience working with customer reporting, account data, or large data sets is preferred
Exposure to ERP or SAP environments is preferred
