Business Analyst

• Software business analysis and requirements management across all requirement types
• Lead requirements elicitation sessions on-site at the client's office in CDMX
• Manage requirements throughout the full project lifecycle
• Develop UI prototypes and mockups
• Manage communication and alignment between the customer's stakeholders and a remote development team
• Lead software demonstrations and guide client acceptance testing

• Based in CDMX
• B2 English proficiency or higher — written and verbal
• 5+ years of experience in software business analysis
• Proven experience conducting on-site Discovery phases directly with client stakeholders
• Strong experience in requirements development, management, and traceability
• Demonstrated ability to define, manage, and protect project scope
• Comfortable collaborating with a remote, cross-cultural development team
• Proficient in UI prototyping and mockup tools

Insurance domain knowledge is a plus
