Job Description:

Business Analyst - 4-6 years of experience in order management/ invoicing/ claim audits. Responsibility involves for assessing claims, gathering supporting evidence, and making a decision on the validity of the claim before approval.

Job Responsibility:

Validate proof of performance claims from partners for activity-based incentives
Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and followed
Demonstrate analytical skills to exercise judgement to find solution to complex issues
Help resolve partner disputes and/or corrections to documentation
Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure timely clearance of transactions
Participate in global meetings as per requirement
Work on reporting needed for analytics
Provide support and subject matter expertise to local team

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in finance, business administration, or supply chain-related field
Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience
Proficient in English
Proficiency in Spanish/Japanese/Chinese will be an added advantage
Prior experience in I2C along with Audit and/or compliance experience would be helpful
Exhibit excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
Proficiency in MS Office

Nice to have:

Proficiency in Spanish/Japanese/Chinese
