As Business Analyst at Brighte, you’ll sit at the heart of our AI and automation transformation within our sales and operations team. You’ll identify where technology can unlock the most value, build the case for change, and lead implementation from start to finish – working across Commercial, Data, Operations, Technology, and Engineering to get things done. This is a hands-on role with real impact. One week you might be mapping a broken process and designing an AI-powered solution to fix it; the next you’re embedding a new tool into an operational team and measuring the results. You’ll have direct exposure to the C-suite from day one, reporting to the Head of Business Operations and working closely with the CFO, Head of Sales & Operations, Data team, and senior functional leaders to ensure every AI initiative is grounded in business value, built to scale, and delivers measurable outcomes.
