Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with customer stakeholders
  • Understand users' objectives and align software applications to meet their needs effectively
  • Produce comprehensive functional specifications along with wireframes to facilitate efficient planning
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of software features, enhancements, and bugs
  • Identify and document both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Engage with team members to ensure the technical feasibility and efficiency of proposed functionalities
  • Participate in daily alignment meetings and sprint planning to ensure delivered features meet specified requirements
  • Provide support in creating and updating project documentation as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business analysis tools, modeling tools, and project methodologies
  • Analytical mindset capable of effectively communicating information to diverse audiences
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is considered an asset
  • Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and experience with BRDs and FSDs is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in Greek & English
