Position Overview: My client, an insurance organisation based in The City of London has a requirement for a Business Analyst, with the following requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within insurance (London Market experience highly desirable, but broader insurance backgrounds considered) Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive requirements from informal discussions through to formal sign-off Very good understanding of data, data structures, and data warehousing concepts Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis Strong Excel skills and experience using Power BI for reporting and visualisation Experience working across multiple reporting types (actuarial, financial, operational, etc.) Ability to explore and understand underlying databases and data flows If this role is of interest, please email your CV to r.shah@michaeljamesassociates.com
