Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions tailored to operational needs.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategies to optimize workflows
  • Support the implementation and configuration of organizational tools and systems
  • Create detailed documentation to translate business needs into functional requirements
  • Assist with testing and validation to ensure solutions meet defined objectives
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users to enhance system adoption
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and align solutions with business goals
  • Manage project coordination tasks, ensuring smooth communication across teams
  • Generate reports and metrics to support decision-making and monitor progress
  • Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance project delivery and stakeholder collaboration

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
  • Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including gap analysis and process mapping
  • Strong communication and documentation skills to effectively convey technical and business concepts
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices and methodologies
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with tools and technologies relevant to process mapping and data analysis

Nice to have

Background in call center customer service is a plus
