We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions tailored to operational needs.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategies to optimize workflows
Support the implementation and configuration of organizational tools and systems
Create detailed documentation to translate business needs into functional requirements
Assist with testing and validation to ensure solutions meet defined objectives
Provide training and guidance to end-users to enhance system adoption
Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and align solutions with business goals
Manage project coordination tasks, ensuring smooth communication across teams
Generate reports and metrics to support decision-making and monitor progress
Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance project delivery and stakeholder collaboration
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including gap analysis and process mapping
Strong communication and documentation skills to effectively convey technical and business concepts
Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices and methodologies
Ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making processes
Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field preferred
Experience with tools and technologies relevant to process mapping and data analysis
Nice to have:
Background in call center customer service is a plus
