Job Description:

Business Analyst to partner with product, design, and engineering teams to bring trading features to life. You’ll play a key role in shaping product direction through market insights, user feedback, and clear documentation. From defining requirements to tracking success post-launch, you'll help deliver products that meet real user needs and business goals.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to bring trading features to life
Shape product direction through market insights, user feedback, and clear documentation
Define requirements and track success post-launch

Requirements:

2+ years in business analysis, product, or project coordination (fintech/trading a plus)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Familiar with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma
Degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
