We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the HR Integration Team and support the implementation of an HR Data Warehouse and operational reporting solutions. You will translate performance management and talent acquisition reporting requirements into dimensional datamodels (Kimball-based) and ensure clean, structured data is available for consistent reporting. Working in an Agile Scrum DevOps team, you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner, business stakeholders and technical teams.
Job Responsibility:
Design datamodels for performance management and talent acquisition based on our standards (dimensional modelling, acquisition-integration-consumption layers)
Ensure onboaring of new data (if not already present) onto the HR Data Market in collaboration with the HR Integration Team
Align with users of the data on the business requirements and translate them into technical and data requirement
Translating gathered requirements to user stories with the scrum team
Work closely together with the product owner and other business developers
Communicate with departments and teams that manage the source data and have reporting requirements
Documentation of the designed datamodels
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience as Business Analyst / Business Developer
Proven experience in dimensional data modelling
Experience with Azure (Azure Fundamentals required)
Experience in requirement gathering and functional testing
