Job Responsibility:
Work as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders
Envision and analyze initial business requirements and support the definition of the initial project scope
Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Document business and functional requirements using appropriate artifacts such as wireframes, user stories, activity diagrams, use cases, and process flows
Support requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, validation, and lifecycle management in alignment with BABOK best practices
Facilitate effective communication between the development team and customers regarding implementation, QA issues, and requirement clarifications
Support UAT activities, including test preparation, defect clarification, and validation of implemented requirements
Prepare and maintain BA-related documentation, such as Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), user manuals, and UAT/training materials
Define the Business Analysis approach for each project, including elicitation techniques, documentation standards, and stakeholder engagement strategy
Plan and manage the requirements phase at the beginning of the project, including scope definition, prioritization, and risk identification
Lead and facilitate requirements elicitation workshops and stakeholder review sessions
Analyze business processes, user workflows, and system interactions to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Document detailed and high-quality business requirements, ensuring clarity, consistency, and testability
Manage requirement changes, perform impact analysis, and support change control throughout the project lifecycle
Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements and analysis artifacts to ensure quality and alignment
Provide coaching and training to junior team members and prepare training materials as needed
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, with strong practical knowledge of BABOK and Business Analysis best practices
Proven experience in requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, validation, and lifecycle management
Strong skills in stakeholder management, requirements prioritization, and change control
Ability to model business processes, functional flows, and system interactions
Experience supporting UAT, solution validation, and post-release evaluation
In-depth experience with at least one prototyping tool (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma)
Good command of English, especially spoken English
Nice to have:
Domain knowledge in Logistics or Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) is an advantage
Experience with modeling tools is an advantage
