Job Description:

The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with the Director of Data Technology, key stakeholders, and business users to identify gaps in existing systems and uncover opportunities for implementing new technologies that align with strategic business objectives. Acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, the BA will facilitate collaborative sessions, proactively remove obstacles, and support all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with Director of Data Technology, key stakeholders, and business users
Identify gaps in existing systems
Uncover opportunities for implementing new technologies
Facilitate collaborative sessions
Proactively remove obstacles
Support all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Serve as administrator for current and emerging technologies
Anticipate data and technology needs
Identify potential improvements ahead of business demand
Drive innovation across the organization

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years with Microsoft Word
2+ years with Microsoft SQL (T-SQL)
2+ years with DataBricks
2+ years with Power BI
2+ years with Microsoft Visio
Azure services (preferred)
Scrum master-certified (preferred)
CBAP (preferred)
