We are looking for 2 Business Analysts with experience in business, process analysis and process improvement, to join our committed team based in Northampton. The successful candidate will be comfortable supporting teams, sharing ideas, and contributing to effective outcomes in a collaborative environment. The position holders will play an important part in delivering business outcomes by assessing business processes, determining requirements, providing recommendations to improve process and shaping solutions. The position will offer an opportunity to work remotely 4 days per week (subject to business requirements).
