In this role, you will be responsible for analysing business processes and translating them into effective technology solutions that support organisational transformation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative, cross-functional team of architects, developers, and business experts, and make a real impact on internal digital transformation initiatives in the European professional services market.

Job Responsibility

Act as a key connection point between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring solutions align with real organisational needs
Analyse and map end-to-end business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains
Organise and lead workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions to gather insights and validate requirements
Translate business needs into clear, structured IT requirements and functional specifications
Work closely with architects, developers, testers, and project managers to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions
Challenge assumptions and contribute to solution design with a focus on long-term value
Support digital transformation initiatives by ensuring alignment between systems, data flows, and business goals
Monitor implementation outcomes and recommend adjustments to improve performance and user experience

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar Business Analyst role, ideally within IT or transformation environments
Experience in the professional services industry is a plus
Working experience with tools and methodologies related to business analysis, process modelling, and agile delivery are essential
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are needed in this job
Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French
Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and work across diverse topics and teams
A mindset that values both attention to detail and understanding the bigger picture
