Business Analyst

• Gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements on small/medium/large size projects
• Analyze the business needs of clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions
• Define, design, and document business flows and processes on small medium size projects
• Investigate operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements within the area of responsibility
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing them with regular project updates and addressing their concerns
• Implement advanced data analysis and modeling techniques to provide insights for making informed business decisions
• Gather Business Requirements Determination (BRD) documents specifications for enhancements
• Work directly with Architects and Product Owners to manage the technical aspects of the IT project
• Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to gather quality requirements and specifications
• Employ Agile/SCRUM methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engg or related with at least 60 months of experience
