5+ years of experience in recruiting, including roles such as Recruiter, Recruiting Coordinator, or Business Analyst
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting workflows and candidate experience
Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TA applications and processes
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems
Ability to analyze recruiting data and user feedback to identify pain points
Skilled in recommending and implementing workflow optimizations and automation
Experience driving awareness and adoption of process changes within Talent Acquisition
Proven ability to influence the adoption of technology and process changes
Experience leading changes within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts or processes in a clear and compelling manner, both verbally and in writing
Strong collaboration and influence skills to work across HR Tech, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
