Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst, responsible for analysing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating business needs into functional requirements. This role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.

Job Responsibility

  • Gather and analyse business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping
  • Document functional/non‑functional requirements and produce BRDs, user stories, and use cases
  • Review existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements and digital solutions
  • Work with IT and development teams to translate requirements into system designs and support testing/UAT
  • Communicate effectively between business and technical teams, presenting insights and ensuring project alignment
  • Analyse data, create reports and dashboards, and provide insights to support informed decision‑making

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

  • Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent is a plus
