Job Description:

We are looking for a (Business Analyst) Customer Success Working student to support our Customer Success Team starting as soon as possible in 2025 in Munich. Job Responsibility:

  • Perform insightful business analyses and propose actionable strategies to enhance client outcomes
  • Develop presentations and materials for workshops that captivate and inform our clients
  • Dive deep into market research, uncovering trends and opportunities within the e-commerce landscape
  • Collaborate on high-impact internal projects, working with cross-functional and international teams to drive success
  • Provide vital support to the leaders and managers of our Customer Success Team, assisting with daily activities that ensure Mirakl remains a leader in the industry

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with a focus on Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Already have a health insurance
  • Deeply interested in the e-commerce industry and excited about its evolving dynamics
  • Comfortable working in a highly motivated, diverse, international team environment
  • Fluent in both English and German, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, capable of creating compelling data visualizations and presentations
  • A creative problem-solver, able to work well independently and collaboratively, and know how to handle challenging business situations
  • Detail-oriented and have very strong analytical skills
  • Located in Munich (or open to relocate)
