Requirements

1+ year of hands-on experience building workflows in Zapier, N8N, Make.com, or similar platforms required
Experience reviewing and documenting current business processes required
3+ years experience in an operations focused role with frequent execution of analysis and use of data driven insights that has led to improved processes
Extremely detail oriented and have an analytical mindset with the ability to exercise discretion in the process of identifying and resolving problems/issues
Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent builds
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical workflows to non-technical stakeholders
Have a personal drive to work proactively and take ownership in all you do

Job Responsibility

Partner with cross-functional leaders to map, analyze, and redesign current business processes with a focus on efficiency, scale, and customer impact
Gather and translate operational needs into structured workflow requirements, including business logic, data flows, and success criteria
Build, test, and deploy workflow automations using tools such as Zapier, N8N, CRM workflows, and AI-driven components
Establish workflow QA processes—including UAT, performance testing, and monitoring—to ensure automations run reliably and securely
Use data and metrics to measure automation impact and continuously identify new opportunities for operational improvement
Maintain a repository of implemented automations through detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and solutions

5 years as Business Analyst working on projects or product teams leveraging different methodologies with primary focus on agile

Job Responsibility

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a product-driven or SaaS-based environment
Strong analytical skills with a background in finance, expense reporting, or related domains (preferred)
