Job Description

As a Business Analyst in the Workflow and Automation team, you will be the bridge between complex business operations and our advanced technical delivery. You won’t just be documenting requirements; you will be architecting the future of our operations by identifying opportunities for Agentic AI, Automation and Intelligent Workflow Orchestration.

Job Responsibility

  • Facilitate workshops with business leads to map 'As-Is' processes and design 'To-Be' automated workflows
  • Identify use cases for Agentic AI
  • Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and technical flowcharts for developers
  • Prioritize a backlog of automation opportunities based on ROI, risk mitigation, and impact on client service levels
  • Act as the primary liaison between 'The Business' and 'The Devs'
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for automated solutions

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • At least 2 years dedicated to Automation or Digital Transformation projects
  • Deep understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Jira Service Management, n8n and Anthropic tool chain)
  • Proven track record in projects involving Low-Code automation platforms
  • A strong conceptual understanding of Agentic AI
  • Ability to understand how data flows between disparate systems via APIs
  • Experience in Fund Administration, Debt Capital Markets, or Private Equity is highly desirable
  • Good working knowledge of JIRA
