Job Description

As a Business Analyst at Pointwest, you will play a vital role in bridging business needs and technology solutions. You’ll work closely with clients and technical teams to analyze requirements, design workflows, and ensure successful project delivery. This role is also open to Nursing graduates (board exam passers preferred) who want to transition into a BA career—ideal for RN career shifters with hospital and/or BPO experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Engage with clients to understand business workflows and translate them into effective technology solutions
  • Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication
  • Support user acceptance testing, training, and post-implementation activities to drive adoption
  • Contribute to proposals, pre-sales, and business development by identifying opportunities for growth
  • Analyze and improve workflows, create standardized documentation, and recommend process improvements
  • Continue developing your expertise through training, certifications, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Nursing board exam passers highly preferred
  • open to fresh graduates and RN career shifters
  • At least 1–3 years of business analysis, project management, or related experience (preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare, hospital operations, or BPO is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, and BI tools (Tableau, Excel, Data Studio) is a plus
