We are looking for candidates to join a strategic project within the financial sector, focused on developing and enhancing enterprise software solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the intermediary between the Product Owner (PO) and the development team, ensuring clear communication of business needs and priorities
  • Gather, analyze, and refine requirements from stakeholders, translating them into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with developers, testers, and UX designers to ensure smooth implementation of features aligned with business objectives
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
  • Participate in Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives, providing valuable insights and ensuring continuous improvement
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic product decisions
  • Ensure that all product documentation is up to date and clearly communicated to relevant teams
  • Communicate effectively with German-speaking stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment on product vision

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Informatics/ or similar field of study/or equivalent working experience is required
  • Minimum 5-10 years demonstrable experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related Agile role
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Experience in writing and managing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of software development processes and ability to collaborate with technical teams
  • SAFe or Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner – CSPO, Entry Certificate in Business Analysis - ECBA - IIBA) is nice to have
  • Experience in software development, banking, insurance, or another complex industry
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer-centric design thinking is nice to have
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and German

  • SAFe or Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner – CSPO, Entry Certificate in Business Analysis - ECBA - IIBA)
