Job Description

We’re supporting a major insurance transformation programme in Switzerland and are looking for a German speaking Business Analyst with strong testing experience to join a long-term engagement in the claims space. This is very much a hands-on, delivery-focused role – sitting between business and IT, owning requirements through to testing, and making sure what gets delivered actually works.

Job Responsibility

  • translating business requirements into clear, structured IT specifications
  • working closely with stakeholders across business & IT to drive alignment
  • coordinating and supporting test case creation and execution
  • leading testing activities and ensuring quality across deliveries
  • managing defects end-to-end (tracking, prioritisation, resolution)
  • running test status updates and keeping progress transparent

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst within insurance
  • solid experience in testing / test coordination
  • good understanding of claims / non-life insurance processes
  • experience with test tools (e.g. Jira, Xray)
  • comfortable working in agile environments
  • confident communicator who can push things forward
  • German C-level (essential)

Nice to have

  • Experience with test data management / test environments
  • exposure to automation or digital transformation programmes
